Homestay
Staying with Italian people can help you practise your Italian and experience “real life” in Italy. It’s also the cheapest option!
Hosts are carefully chosen by our staff, and normally live in the centre of Bologna within walking distance of the school.
The price below includes room, bed linen, towels and the use of the bathroom as well as the use of the kitchen. Meals are not included.
Shared rooms are available for couples or friends.
Single room | Shared room | |
1 week | from 140.00 euro | from 250.00 euro |
Payment should be made directly to the host family at the beginning of the stay, normally in cash. If you change your arrival or departure dates, you should notify the your host as soon as possible.
For more information about homestays, please read the homestay guidelines we’ve prepared to help guests and hosts get along!
Bed & breakfast
The B&Bs offering special terms to our students are also all located very near to the school.
B&B Prices (including tax)
- Single room with breakfast: € 70,00 to € 110,00 per night
- Double room with breakfast: € 90,00 to € 160,00 per night
Hotels
A variety of two- or three-star hotels offer special terms to our students. These are, of course, all located in the historic center of Bologna, no more than a few minutes’ walk from our Italian language school.
Hotel Prices (2/3 star, including tax)
- Single room with breakfast: € 90,00 to € 120,00 per night
- Double room with breakfast: € 95,00 to € 160,00 per night
Of course, we can also book a four or five-star hotel for you, if your budget allows it!
Independent flats
If you would prefer the maximum of privacy during your Italian language course, we can arrange for you to stay in a one bedroom or two bedroom flat, normally within walking distance of the school. Flats are all fully furnished and newly renovated.
Flats are obviously a more costly option in the historic center of a famous university city: prices typically start from around €480 to €550 per week.
Important note!
Bologna is an important international venue for trade-fairs, which means that at certain times of the year there are large numbers of visitors looking for accommodation. It’s therefore a good idea to book your accommodation at least a month in advance, if you can.
