If you’re not happy with your class or with anything related to your course, this is what you should do:
1. Speak to the teacher about the problem
2. If that doesn’t help, talk to the Assistant Director of Studies (Francesca)
3. Or go directly to reception. Staff there will be happy to help you
If you have issues with accommodation booked through the school, please tell the reception staff as soon as possible. They will note down the problem and get in touch with the accommodation provider to try to resolve the issue for you. If we can’t find a solution, we’ll help you find somewhere else to stay.
Whoever you speak to about your problem (the teacher, the Assistant Director of Studies, or Reception staff) should record the details in writing. We’ll try our best to find a solution and also take steps to ensure that the problem is not repeated in the future.
