How can you be sure you’ll have an Italian language class at the right level for me?
We may not be sure at the time you book your course how many other students will be present in the school when you come or what their levels will be, but to ensure the quality of our courses we always try to avoid mixing levels, especially for beginners.
- when you confirm your booking, we will send you a placement test by e-mail to get an idea of your level
- on the first day of your course, we verify that the test result is correct
- sometimes we may have to open a new class for you, even if we don’t have the minimum number of students at your level
In the event that your class does not have the minimum number of students (4), you will be offered the choice between two alternatives:
- a full refund of your course fee for that week, or
- the alternative of continuing to study in a smaller group but with a reduced number of hours of lessons per day
