Si, Cono. Offrono entrami certificati. CILS è della Università per Stranieri di Siena, di cui Madrelingua è un centro esami. CELI invece e della Università per Stranieri di Perugia…

The former was what I intended, ‘They both offer certificates’. Your version also seems correct but with a different meaning: ‘Both certificates are offered.’
